据美国联邦公报消息，2023年4月24日，美国环保署发布2023-08585号条例，豁免甲基环氧乙烷和环氧乙烷的聚合物与1,2,3-丙三醇(3:1)的醚化物（Oxirane, 2-Methyl-, Polymer With Oxirane, Ether With 1,2,3-Propanetriol (3:1)）的残留限量。

据条例，当甲基环氧乙烷和环氧乙烷的聚合物与1,2,3-丙三醇(3:1)的醚化物作为农药制剂中的惰性成分时，豁免其残留限量。

此规定自2023年4月24日起生效，反对或听证请求需在2023年6月23日前提交申请。
