部(MFDS)发布了第2023-11号告示,修改《
食品添加剂
法典》部分内容,其主要内容如下:
1. 制定
酶制剂
的一般使用
标准
。
2. 删除合成香料物质中1种重复的合成香料6,10-Dimethyl-5,9-undecadien-2-one,增加Fenchol、Geranyl acetone、5-Methyl-2-hept-4-one、(E,Z)-3,6-Nonadien-1-ol共4种合成香料的别名。
3. 修改甲基纤维素、羧甲基纤维素钠、羧甲基纤维素钙、羧甲基淀粉钠的使用标准。
4. 修改海藻酸钠等10种添加剂的成分规格试验方法等。
