据美国联邦公报消息，2023年1月25日，美国环保署发布2023-01155号条例，豁免苹果酸（Malic Acid）的残留限量。

据条例，当苹果酸作为一种惰性成分（缓冲剂和稳定剂）用于生长中的作物时，豁免其残留限量。

此规定自2023年1月25日起生效，反对或听证请求需在2023年3月27日前提交申请。
