2023年1月3日，美国联邦公报发布第2022-27902号通知文件，美国食品药品管理局（FDA）更新了《统一食品标签合规日期》文件，对在2023年1月1日至2024年12月31日期间发布的新的食品标签法规的合规日期统一为2026年1月1日。FDA定期公布新的食品标签法规的统一遵守日期，以最大限度地减少标签变更的经济影响。

上述内容自2023年1月3日起生效，如有反馈或意见需在2023年3月6日前提交。
