据美国联邦公报消息，2023年1月6日，美国环保署发布2023-00017号条例，豁免刺云实提取物（Extract of Caesalpinia Spinosa）的残留限量。

据条例，当刺云实提取物按照良好农业规范使用时，豁免其在所有食品中或食品上的残留限量。

此规定自2023年1月6日起生效，反对或听证请求需在2023年3月7日前提交申请。
