据欧盟官方公报消息，2023年1月4日，欧盟委员会发布法规（EU）2023/6号条例，根据欧洲议会和理事会法规（EC） No 2015/2283，批准香菇菌丝体发酵的豌豆和大米蛋白（pea and rice protein fermented by Lentinula edodes (Shiitake mushroom) mycelia）作为新型食品投放市场，并修订欧盟委员会实施条例（EU）2017/2470的附件。
本条例自发布之日起第二十天生效。
