The United States waives residual limits for nitric acid

据美国联邦公报消息，2022年11月8日，美国环保署发布2022-23978号条例，豁免硝酸（Nitric Acid）的残留限量。

据条例，当硝酸作为农药制剂中的惰性成分用于收获前或收获后的作物以及未加工的农产品，且含量不超过制剂重量的10%时，豁免其残留限量。

此规定自2022年11月8日起生效，反对或听证请求需在2023年1月9日前提交申请。
