据美国联邦公报消息，2022年10月12日，美国环保署发布2022-22129号条例，豁免二甲基亚砜（Dimethyl Sulfoxide）的残留限量。

据条例，当二甲基亚砜在收获前的农作物（包括出苗后）中用作农药制剂的惰性成分时，豁免其残留限量。

此规定自2022年10月12日起生效，反对或听证请求需在2022年12月12日前提交申请。
