据欧盟官方公报消息，2022年2月8日，欧盟委员会发布法规（EU）2022/169号条例，根据欧洲议会和理事会法规（EC） No 2015/2283，批准冷冻、干燥和粉末形式的黄粉虫（frozen, dried and powder forms of yellow mealworm）作为新型食品投放市场，并修订欧盟委员会实施条例（EU）2017/2470附件涉及新型食品使用要求。
本条例自发布之日起第二十天生效。
