2022年8月18日，越南发布G/SPS/N/VNM/142号通报，颁布了保健食品等产品中污染物最高水平国家技术法规。主要内容包括：保健食品、膳食补充剂的分类、定义；保健食品、膳食补充剂有关污染物的食品安全标准；保健食品、膳食补充剂的食品抽样和检测方法。该法规拟于2022年12月15日采用。
