2022年8月18日，印度发布G/TBT/N/IND/233号通报，发布关于进口乳及乳制品、猪肉及肉制品以及鱼和鱼制品等食品托运所需的健康证书的规定草案。主要内容为：每批进口乳及乳制品、猪肉及制品以及鱼和鱼制品时，根据《食品安全与标准（进口）条例》第11.2（b）条的规定，都应附有出口国主管部门按照条例附件一的格式签发的健康证书。该草案拟于2022年11月1日生效。
