据美国联邦公报消息，2022年4月8日，美国环保署发布2022-07561号条例，豁免枯草芽孢杆菌（Bacillus subtilis）菌株AFS032321的残留限量。

据了解，此次申请由AFS32321 Crop Protection, Inc.,提交。当枯草芽孢杆菌菌株AFS032321按照标签说明和良好农业规范使用时，豁免其在所有食品中或食品上的残留限量。

此规定自2022年4月8日起生效，反对或听证请求需在2022年6月7日前提交申请。
